Company Background

The company was formed in 1983 by Fred Weaver Sr. after a three year battle with the Knox County court system.  Before Fred Weaver filed for petition to enter Knox County, only four other bail agencies existed.   Today, only one of the four agencies remains.

Over the past 26 years, AA Bonding Company has expanded the business to the majority of the Eastern Tennessee counties and proven itself to be a reliable and conscientious competitor.
